• S — 130–176 lbs
• M — 154–198 lbs
• L — 198–242 lbs
• XL — 220–265 lbs
• 2XL — 242–286 lbs

If you are between sizes, size up — you want firm compression without restriction. Free size exchanges are available if you need to swap after your first order.
