This website is operated by Glacé. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Glacé. By visiting our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them, including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted and apply going forward.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & INTENDED USE

The Glacé Memory Glow is a decorative keepsake display that plays videos loaded onto it by the customer. It is intended for indoor, personal, decorative use.

Images and videos shown on our website, in advertisements, and in marketing materials are for illustration purposes. Your Memory Glow will display the content you load onto it. Display appearance may vary depending on the resolution and quality of your videos, room lighting, and viewing angle.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the videos you load onto your Memory Glow, including ensuring you have the right to use them. Glacé does not create, edit, review, or store your content.

We are not responsible for the loss of any content stored on the device. Always keep original copies of your videos. The appearance of low-resolution, blurry, or poorly lit source videos is not considered a product defect.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for reading and following the product instructions provided with your order. Glacé is not responsible for damage or outcomes resulting from improper use, drops, water exposure, use of incompatible chargers or power sources, or failure to follow instructions.

ORDER ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information including your name, shipping address, billing details, and email. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provided.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website and during checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time before an order is completed. Changes do not retroactively affect completed purchases.

Bundle pricing and free gifts are part of a promotional offer and are tied to the purchase of the full bundle.

By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or technical errors. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

RETURNS & 30-DAY GUARANTEE

Purchases are subject to our separately published Return & Refund Policy. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows you to return the Glacé Memory Glow within 30 days of confirmed delivery if you are not satisfied. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

GIFT PURCHASES

If you purchase a Memory Glow as a gift, the 30-day guarantee period begins on the confirmed delivery date to the shipping address provided at checkout, not the date the gift is given. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including text, images, branding, product descriptions, and layouts is owned by or licensed to Glacé. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without authorization.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to submit false payment or identity information, to abuse our guarantee or return programs through fraud or misrepresentation, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@glaceofficial.store so we have the opportunity to resolve it. Most issues are resolved quickly through our 30-Day Guarantee. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or card issuer.

When a payment dispute is initiated, we may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor including order records, shipping and tracking records, carrier delivery confirmation, customer communications, and the policies in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to contest disputes we reasonably believe are inaccurate, duplicative, abusive, or fraudulent, including disputes filed while a refund or replacement is already being processed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glacé will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products, including loss of any content stored on the device. Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability for a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
