I am 43. Last Disney trip I had to leave the park at 2pm because my hips were locking up. My daughter still brings it up. This trip I did the whole day, every day. When the line stopped I just sat. Nobody cared. The unexpected part: I did not need two days in bed when we got home. Usually I lose the Monday after vacation, but this time I worked.

Bought this expecting to return it. I am 51, perimenopause wrecked my hips, and I have a closet full of stuff that did not work. Almost did not buy this because I thought it would look like an old lady bag. It does not. My friend at book club asked if it was Madewell. Locking mechanism is solid, zero worries it will give out.

I have endometriosis and the deep ache after standing too long is something I gave up explaining to people. My husband always said just sit down like there are benches everywhere. There are not. At the farmers market I just unzipped, sat down in the middle of the crowd. He looked at me like I had done a magic trick.

GOT QUESTIONS?
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it hold my weight?
Yes. Carbon steel rated to 275 lbs (120 kg). If you are under that, you are covered.
Does it really look like a normal bag?
That is the whole point. When folded, it looks like a regular everyday bag. Nobody gives it a second glance.
Can I use it on wet ground?
Yes. Oxford 600 waterproof fabric. Damp grass, wet pavement, light rain. It handles all of it.
How long does setup take?
About 10 seconds. Unzip, pull out the legs, lock them in. One-handed once you have done it a couple of times.
Is it comfortable for long periods?
It is an upright seat, not a recliner. Most people find 25 to 30 minutes very comfortable. Designed to save your back and hips, not replace your couch.
Where can I take it?
Anywhere. Theme parks, concerts, farmers markets, stadiums, long lines, festivals, transit stops. If there is no bench, CarryChair is your bench.
What is the return policy?
14 days from delivery for a full refund. Just reach out and we will sort it.
Ever sat on the floor of a stadium, a theme park, or a market because there were no benches? Those days are over.
